Ms Tam has been in many positions of general directors in large Vietnamese Groups for over 15 years, owning strong leadership in banking, financial restructuring and operational skills. In terms of industry and commerce, Tam has proposed developmental strategies and planned to move into potential occupations/enterprises in order to ensure that the bussiness will catch up with up-to-date trends. Moreover, she has been able to apply her business knowledge and understanding of the market-finance to bring new breaths and breakthroughs in the focus portfolio of each industry. As for renewable energy, in 2019, as the President of the Board of Directors, she directed effectively the historic completion of Solar Park 2 Solar Power Plant Project within 05 months and Solar Park 1 Solar Power Plant within 07 months with a total capacity of 100Mwp, an area of 118ha, in Duc Hue district, Long An province, Vietnam. She always keeps in mind that the guideline for successful operation management in all circumstances is "Understanding the industry - Understanding the profession - Bright mind".
