On August 2020, Gamuda Land - one of the market leader among residential house providers has come into a strong "Greening The Globe" commitment by installing 1,4Mwp solar PV system on their roof. By deploying this solar project, Gamuda Land became the pioneer in the market who are taking climate change and human footprint seriously. Since the very first day, Gamuda Land continuously encourages and assist their Homes and businesses across the country to transition away from a fossil-fueled electricity grid towards a clean energy economy, necessitated by emissions reduction targets in a time of global climate change. The project is developed by Indefol Solar, finished in Dec 2020 in Tan Phu district, Ho Chi Minh city, Viet Nam The project is designed and constructed based on GSES Australia design standards. To ensure bankability of the portfolio, Indefol Solar uses high quality components such as ABB (Fimer) inverters, mounting structures from Schletter (Germany) and Tier-1 solar PV modules. The quality assurance work is also supported by RINA, from their regional office in Singapore to benchmark the portfolio with international best practices.
