Ms. Cisca was a native Indonesian female scientist who proved the world : "female can run renewable projects even better than man".
She has been living in multiple continents and experienced more than 50 different cultures, one thing she observed in common was that every country growth is adhered to the stable growth of middle-low income citizen as well as development of sustainable energy development. 
She serves the board of indefol solar since 2019 and drives growth of indefol operation in Indonesia with multiple wind farm, solar farm, storage, and large scale solar rooftop.
